SHIPPING

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you placed an order we will ship it within 24 hours, Once shipped it takes between 2-5 days to arrive at your location.

Transit Time:

- USA & Canada: 2 days
- Latin America: 3 days
- Europe: 4 days
- Rest of the world: 4 days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide, however we only offer free USA shipping and other countries as well in the american continent. For other countries please select your country and the price will show up.

 Can i track my order?

Yes, we will keep updated via email and we’ll send the tracking number as soon as it ships so you can check the status.

We ship all of our orders through DHL Express, if you need to make a change on your order information, please contact customer service at support@estrada-footwear.com

Where do your products ship from?

We ship all of our orders from our Factory in Bogota, Colombia, South America.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the day that you received your product, requests after that time will be denied. Products must be in their original package, unworn  and in new condition. We suggest trying on your shoes on a carpeted floor in order to avoid scratches on the soles.

We are glad to accept all return and exchanges, however we are not responsible for shipping charges that may occur.

IMPORT FEES (DUTIES AND TAXES)

Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country, Customs authorities are determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Borderfree supports.

USA is free of charge of any import fees, for other countries please contact your local customs or reach our customer service at support@estrada-footwear.com

Where are your products made?

Our products are handcrafted in our Factory in Bogotá, Colombia, South America. Our main objective is to work with highly skilled qualified people. Our requirements include the highest quality standards, best selection of Premium materials, outstanding manufacturing methods and fair and ethical working conditions for all our employees.

Warranty

Our products have a 6 months warranty after the date of purchase, for manufacturing defects. Please note that normal wear and tear is not subject to warranty. 

The shoes i want are sold out, what can i do?
